So even though, we are paying a bit more and it's a bit smaller than our current place, we will be getting:
- in-unit washer and dryer
- dishwasher
- skylights
- huge vaulted ceiling
- huge closets
- parking space
- private deck
- rooftop deck with skyline city view
- fireplace
- two full bathrooms!!
